We need to look at what is going on in the Southern Baptist Convention.
This is the largest protestant Christian denomination in the country with over 40,000 churches and up to 12 million people represented across America.
There are controversies swirling like:
Can a woman be a pastor?
Do the Southern Baptists hate women?
Are they part of the evil patriarchy?
Or is something less controversial and more Biblical going on?
Have other Christian denominations gone down this road before?
How did that turn out for them?
